Artist Exhibition by Victor Chitay

The Leni Stern Trio is the perfect balance between Jazz with it’s roots in African music. The members are Leni Stern on Electric Guitar, N'goni, Vocals and Calabash, Mamadou Ba on Electric Bass and Alioune Faye on Sabar, Djembe and vocals.

A bit about our featured artist Victor Chitay: Born in Guatemala, Victor studied in a community school but in his pursuit to study art and form a career as a painter, he immigrated to the United States where he studied art in a school and in 2009 started showing his works throughout the region. Victor will also be attending our JC Fridays Dec 5 event to meet you and talk about his work.


JC Fridays is a city-wide celebration of the arts in Jersey City and is organized by Art House Productions
